Wherever possible we can give an estimated quote over the phone for a recovery. This will include parts and labour.

Item collection
A technician then we will pickup your system from your Home or Office to be worked on. The item will need to be signed for.

If possible repairs can be done onsite to remedy the problem. We will inform you if any additional work needs to be undertaken.

Return
We will then return your computer to your Home or Office at a mutually agreed time. The system will then be signed as returned.

1. How long does it take for a typical data recovery?
We normally quote a Working 7 Day turnaround.
2. Do you offer any guarantee in retrieving the data?
We will endeavour to retrieve all of your data but this is dependant on the amount of damage and also whether you have used 3 party tools to recover the data yourself. On occassions we may need to purchase circuit boards for older drives from the manufacturer or from a 3rd party
3. Will I lose any information on my device?
Your drive will be accessed in READ ONLY mode only. No data will be overwritten
4. Do I need to make an appointment?
We offer a mobile service, so we come to you
5. I had someone else physically open the drive, and I can see the drive mechanics?
We will not attempt a recovery in this situation. The drive needs to be opened in an enviromentally controlled room (Clean Room), so that no partically can damage the heads or the surface of the drive.
